STUFFED SWEET POTATO

* Include baking your sweet potatoes in our lunch prep so that you can quickly heat these up for breakfast

INGREDIENTS

1 medium sweet potato
-
Raw pecans or walnuts- crushed

Vegan butter
-
Cinnamon
-
Raw honey or organic maple syrup
-
Hemp or chia seeds
​
INSTRUCTIONS
​

Bake sweet potato on 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until tender
-
Cut down the center and stuff with butter, cinnamon, crushed nuts, seeds and honey or maple syrup
