GOOD OL' FASHION OATMEAL

Quick, easy and filling.

INGREDIENTS

​

  • Serving size of oats varies with each brand. (I prefer One Degree gluten-free, sprouted rolled oats

  • Earth balance butter

  • Stevia (I prefer Better Stevia brand in glycerite or Trader Joe's organic liquid stevia)

  • Cinnamon

  • Sea salt

  • Unsweetened nut milk (almond, coconut, cashew, rice- not soy)

INSTRUCTIONS

​

  1. Prepare oatmeal according to serving size directions with salt

  2. Add butter, cinnamon, stevia and milk

  3. Top with berries, sliced bananas, diced apples, nuts or chia seeds
