Quick, easy and filling.

INGREDIENTS

Serving size of oats varies with each brand. (I prefer One Degree gluten-free, sprouted rolled oats)

Earth balance butter
-
Stevia (I prefer Better Stevia brand in glycerite or Trader Joe's organic liquid stevia)
-
Cinnamon
-
Sea salt
-
Unsweetened nut milk (almond, coconut, cashew, rice- not soy)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare oatmeal according to serving size directions with salt
-
Add butter, cinnamon, stevia and milk
-
Top with berries, sliced bananas, diced apples, nuts or chia seeds
