Healthy habit No. 3
Water, water, water. Begin to drink 64 ounces of water every day. Water helps to flush out toxins, keeps you hydrated and keeps you satiated.  Get yourself a big ol' water bottle and start guzzling! 
(Attempt not to drink while eating. It dilutes your digestive enzymes. Drink before or a while after your meal. This may take practice but is worth it!)
