SWEET & SPICY SHAKE

*Roast 1-2 large sweet potatoes on 450 degrees for 45-60 minutes with your lunch prep to throw in your smoothies all week.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any nut milk)

1/2 of a roasted sweet potato
-
1/4 cup frozen butternut squash
-
1/8 cup pecans
-
pinch of salt
-
1/2 tsp vanilla
-
1/2 tsp cinnamon
-
dash nutmeg
-
2 dates

INSTRUCTIONS

Begin with nut milk and add all other ingredients to blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
