SWEET & SPICY SHAKE

*Roast 1-2 large sweet potatoes on 450 degrees for 45-60 minutes with your lunch prep to throw in your smoothies all week.

​

INGREDIENTS 

​

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any nut milk)

  • 1/2 of a roasted sweet potato

  • 1/4 cup frozen butternut squash

  • 1/8 cup pecans

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • dash nutmeg

  • 2 dates

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Begin with nut milk and add all other ingredients to blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
