RAMEN BOWL

(This can be heated & then packed in a thermos for a to-go lunch.

Keep noodles separate and add right before eating)

  • Begin by heating 1 1/2 cups broth until hot. 

  • Add a big handful of baby spinach to wilt. 

  • Add 1 tsp of gluten-free soy sauce or tamari and a small splash of sesame oil and mix.

  • Then add cooked ramen ( you only want to re-warm the ramen, not re-cook as they'll get mushy)

  • Top with green onions, sprouts, sesame seeds and if desired, pre-cooked chicken.
