Healthy habit No. 2
This week make it a priority to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. May seem like a stretch but is imperative for your healing. Try dimming the lights in your house when the sun goes down to get your body ready for sleep and consider winding down with a book instead of the TV this week. 
Take note of how refreshed you feel when you wake up.
