Balancing the PH

The overall health of our body is dependent on it's PH level. 
A highly acidic (standard american diet) environment will wreak havoc on your system and will make you more fertile for disease.  Symptoms of high acidity can include fatigue, bad breath, poor digestion, dark urine, muscle & joint pain, skin problems & migraines for example. Acid forming foods are the common culprits you've come to know and hate- proteins, sugar, coffee, juice and processed foods.

Focus on alkalizing foods to regulate your PH. Include plenty of avocados, bananas, cantaloupe, alfalfa, beets, broccoli, cabbage, leafy greens, nuts, seeds and legumes and consider investing in an alkaline water system and consuming apple cider vinegar tonics.
