POWER SMOOTHIE

Quick, easy and filling. This will surely carry you through until lunch.
( have a mid-morning snack if needed )

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened nut milk

1/4 cup frozen pineapple

1 large handful spinach
-
1 small hunk of cucumber
-
1/2 avocado
-
big squeeze of lime juice (or 1 TBSP not-from-concentrate)

1 TBSP chia seeds
-
1 TBSP coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in high-powered blender on high until creamy. Add water if it's too thick.
