POWER SMOOTHIE

Quick, easy and filling. This will surely carry you through until lunch. 
( have a mid-morning snack if needed )

INGREDIENTS

​

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 large handful spinach

  • 1 small hunk of cucumber

  • 1/2 avocado

  • big squeeze of lime juice (or 1 TBSP not-from-concentrate)

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

  • 1 TBSP coconut oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in high-powered blender on high until creamy. Add water if it's too thick.
